Process begins with a 30 minute consultation, where goals are reviewed and a plan is individualized to meet your needs
Treatment is given as agreed upon
Reminders:
Best to have treatment 2-4 weeks ahead of a special event, so be sure to plan accordingly
Bruising may occur 5-7 days after treatment
Avoid alcohol, acetaminophen/ibuprofen, arnica Montana-herbal supplement
